Begin with the decision
Tell us what decision the assessment must support and when you need it. We agree the technical questions, available access, and scope before work begins. A launch review and an acquisition review need different depth.
Look beyond whether the demo works
Depending on scope, we examine architecture, code quality, dependencies, security, delivery practices, infrastructure, and technical debt. We connect findings to the likely effort and constraints on the roadmap.
A report for business and engineering
The executive summary explains the material risks, unknowns, and recommended next steps. Supporting findings give engineers the evidence they need to investigate or remediate.
Keep uncertainty visible
Limited access, missing records, and areas outside the review are explicitly recorded. A technical review informs your decision; it does not replace your commercial, financial, or legal diligence.
